Did an offline_db_updateconfig for dawn

Dawn emailed about this earlier but no one responded, I was on skype and she
asked me about this and wanted me to do it. As there should be no problems
with doing it twice, I did it:
pdaq@sps-expcont[~] 12:19:42 (0)$ ./offline-db-updateconfig pDAQ_current/config/sps-IC40-tweak-config-V041.xml
File /tmp/OfflineDB-DAQConfig_20080406_122034.sql has a size of 2023790 bytes
New database RevisionId is 1807
