Starting I3only runs to replace disk in sps-amanda

Starting around 18:00Z, the DOMhubmonitor script started sending error e-mails about a read-only filesystem. There didn't appear to be anything wrong with either sps-testdaq01 or sps-testdaq02, but Karthik sent a note to the WOs that sps-amanda seemed to be having disk troubles.

Checking the logs on sps-amanda confirmed that its disk appears to be failing. In order to work on sps-amanda, it was necessary to switch to an 'i3only' config.

Combined run 110904 was stopped, and run 110905 (with config sps-IC40-massive-icetop-changes-V043-i3only) was started at 19:44Z.

The DAQ will remain on i3only runs until sps-amanda has its disk replaced and is re-kickstarted.
