More work on ntp-master

On the IT call, they thought we might have a spare
unit, but I don't see one. We have a spare GPS distribution
unit, and an Datum ExactTime unit. We do have a spare Symmetricom antenna and
a Trimble antenna.

I'm assuming the GPS receiver is in the antenna itself? We don't seem to have
a manual on this unit, Symmetricom SyncServer S200. Found it on the wiki.
The manual seems to say the GPS receiver is in the unit.

2157Z	I'm rebooting it just to see if that helps.
2200Z	Nope, same status. The question is whether I should replace
	the antenna, or just connect/disconnect it? I'll try
	disconnecting the antenna at the ICL end and reconnecting it,
	that should reboot the GPS if doing it to the unit did not.

2209Z	No change, GPS receiver still down. I'll go on the roof,
	take out the antenna, see if was loose, if not, new antenna,
	otherwise tighten and check again.

2215Z	Power cycled the unit just to be sure.

2215Z	GPS status is Acquiring signal!

2219Z	See 1 satellite in list:
	#24 -201dBW Tracked

2222Z	I'm gonna give it time and see what happens, so
	no roof for now.
